Please read carefully before making your purchase!
USED CAST NETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
All products on Livebait.com are guaranteed to be free of defects, however if you feel an item is defective, please provide us with a photo in your email to start claim.
- You have 30 days to inspect your product upon date of receipt.
- In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong product or missing an item, please use our contact form.
- Cast nets must not have been used in water - Once the net is used in water, ALL claims are voided
- Cast nets showing use in yard, grass or concrete will be denied
- Cast nets with odd odors will be denied
- Rips, holes and tears in cast nets from use are not covered
- Apparel must not be worn, washed or have altered scent
- We do not cover shipping cost for returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost on returns and exchanges.
- No returns on Sale, discounted 25% or more and Clearance Items
- There is a 20% restocking fee for all products. This applies to all refund and exchanges.*

When when I receive my refund?
We will process your refund 2 to 7 days after your package is delivered to our warehouse. After we process the refund, it may take 7 to 14 days to appear on your account depending on the payment method used.
