Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and payment processing costs.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you received the wrong or missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
🎣 JUJU Cast Nets Warranty & Return Policy
Every JUJU Cast Net is hand-inspected and guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.
We stand behind our quality, but because cast nets are used in harsh environments, it’s critical to inspect your net before use.
Once a net has been thrown, used, or exposed to water, grass, concrete or ground surfaces, all warranty claims and return requests are void.
✅ Inspection Window
You have 30 days from delivery to inspect your JUJU Cast Net and report any suspected defects.
Once a net shows any signs of use — including dirt, grass, odor, or moisture — the warranty is automatically voided.
Do not use your net before inspection.
If you believe your net has a manufacturing defect, follow the claim process below.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If your net appears defective before any use, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Do not throw or wet the net. Keep it unused.
2️⃣ Submit your claim via email to support@livebait.com.
3️⃣ Include:

Your order number

Photos or video clearly showing the issue (mesh, horn, lead line, swivel, or panels)

A brief description of the problem
4️⃣ Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–5 business days.
5️⃣ If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning or replacing your product.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
The following are not covered and will automatically void any claim:

Nets that have been used in water or on land (yard, driveway, dock, beach)

Odors, residue, dirt, grass, or moisture

Tears, rips, snags, or damage from normal use or practice throws

Improper storage, modifications, or alterations

Normal variations in hand-tied mesh or minor cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect performance
