Shipping and Returns

The LiveBait.com Promise

We stand behind every product we sell. Each JUJU Cast Net is hand-inspected and guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. Our goal is simple: deliver tools you can trust—because we fish with the same gear ourselves.


Shipping (Worldwide)

Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically ship within 1–2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships. We ship worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by their country.
  • Transit times vary by destination and may be extended by customs processing.
  • If a package is refused or returned by customs, shipping charges are non-refundable; approved returns are subject to the restocking policy below.

JUJU Cast Nets — Warranty & Returns

Our cast nets carry a 30-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. To keep this fair for everyone, please inspect your net upon delivery before any use.

Inspection & Responsibility

Once a cast net has been thrown, used, or exposed to water or ground surfaces (yard, dock, beach, driveway, etc.), it can no longer be evaluated as a manufacturing defect and all returns or claims are void.

How to File a Warranty Claim (photos/video required)

  1. Keep the net unused and dry. Do not throw it.
  2. Submit your claim at LiveBait.com/Warranty or email support@livebait.com.
  3. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue (mesh, horn, lead line, swivel, or panels), plus a brief description.
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2–5 business days. If approved, we’ll provide Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions for return or replacement.

Wrong Size / Weight Ordered

If you ordered the incorrect size or weight, you may request a return or exchange provided the net is unused, dry, and in original packaging. All such returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. An RA# is required.

Detailed Inspection on Returns

All returned nets undergo a documented inspection process upon arrival. If a net shows signs of use (moisture, odors, dirt/grass, concrete rash, snags/tears, residue, or other wear), the claim will be denied. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. This process ensures fairness to customers who follow the policy.

What’s Not Covered (Manufacturing Defects Only)

  • Nets that have been used in water or on land, including practice throws
  • Damage from improper storage or any modifications
  • Odors, dirt, grass, residue, moisture, or other signs of use
  • Rips, snags, or tears occurring after delivery
  • Normal variations in hand-tied mesh or minor cosmetic marks that do not affect performance

Do not return your net to a retailer. All JUJU warranty claims are handled directly by LiveBait.com and require an RA#.


All Other Products (Apparel, Magnets, Snips, Accessories)

All non-cast-net products sold on LiveBait.com — including apparel, magnets, pliers, snips, hats, and accessories — are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All returns and exchanges require prior authorization and a valid RA#.
  • Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued 2–7 business days after inspection; banks may take 7–14 additional days to post the credit.


Order Cancellation Policy

We move quickly to pack and ship orders. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@livebait.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate the request if the order has not shipped. Any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of changes may be charged to the customer.
